Ready to Fuel Insights on Family Physician Compensation?

Starting August 1, AAFP members can fill out the 2025 Career Benchmark Survey. You’ll be helping compile the data that will provide an even more robust picture of modern compensation for family physicians across the United States.

The new survey, which will be open until November 3, includes questions about direct primary care and obstetrical care and will allow you to compare 2023 to 2025 numbers to give you an understanding of how the entire compensation package has changed in the past two years.

Here at the Arkansas AFP, we believe in supporting you at every step of your professional journey—and knowing your worth is an integral part of that mission. Using real data from your peers, you’ll be armed with the information you need to advocate for yourself, make decisions and create the career path you desire.

Mark your calendars for Advocacy Day on April 15, 2026! All AAFP members are invited to join us for a powerful day of advocacy, connection, and education. We’ll begin at the Red & Blue Event Center with advocacy training and lunch, followed by a short walk to the Arkansas State Capitol for a guided tour and the opportunity to meet with legislators. This is your chance to speak up for family medicine and make your voice heard.

Don’t miss this inspiring day at the Capitol!
